ASSEMBLY AND OPERATION
The Bowell BS-600FL fan blower sprayer is the perfect tool to spread out liquid fertilizers and plant protection products like fungicides, herbicides or water in larger high growing cultivated areas in cloud or fog shape.
This power sprayer with a 700mm fan turning with almost 2000rpm and a tower-like air duct is ideal for orchards with high growing buhes and trees, where liquid substances need to be distributed as a for or cloud.
The polyethylene tank is totally resistant against all agricultural substances. The main tank comes with an additional 80 liter flushing tank and a 15 liter hand washing tank with water tap.
The large blower fan allows:
✅ a very fine vaporisation (the more air, the better disaggregation of the fluid and the smaller the mist drops
✅ high area efficieny at low tractor engine rpm
✅ better vaporisation and low dispersion of the substanze in the air
✅ radial cloud vaporisation for target-oriented distribution
✅ a very fine mist, that will stay on the leaves without a significant formation of drops for best possible effect and efficiency
✅ very high RPM by using a transmission
The pressure system comes with a pressure gauge and 3 valves, so that the left and right jets can be seperately activated.
The tank can be completely trained by a cap underneath.The outside level indicator on the tank easily shows the tank level.
To constantly mix and stirr the liquid in the tank and to keep the concentration of the active substances on the desired level, a pressure jet in the tank works as a permanent stirring system.
The outside suction filter comes with a valve, to be able to clean the filter even with a full tank. The powerful 3-piston-pump made of anodized aluminium offers 40bar / 580psi pressure.
